COVID-19 Service Update

Mason & Carter, Inc. remains open for business and will operate under normal business hours (8:45 AM to 4:45 PM Monday through Friday) to support the needs of our customers.  Staff members working remotely have full access to our agency management system and their company email account.  We can be reached by email or by telephone.  If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message for your agent or customer service representative. If you are unsure of your representative, please leave a message in the general voicemail and someone will return your call. Voicemail will be checked regularly throughout the day.

Online billing information, links to our carriers and application forms for new business are also available online.
